Christmas Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh onion
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together (no cook).
Drain Kroger brand dill kosher pickles.
Quarter lengthwise.
Cut off stems.
Layer in same jar with alternate sugar mixture.
Put top on.
Let set in refrigerator 24 hours before using.
