Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften.
    Mix cream cheese and pineapple with a fork.
    Add pepper, onion and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Shape into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
    Wrap in plastic wrap; chill overnight.
    The longer it chills the better.
