Chiles Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chiles, drained
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    5 large eggs
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray shallow 2-quart casserole or a 12 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Discard seeds from chiles.
    Slice cheese into same number of pieces as there are chiles.
    Place 1 slice of cheese in middle of each whole chile. Arrange stuffed chiles in casserole.
