Versatile Cheesy Chicken 'N Rice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, boned and cubed
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. grated Colby cheese (reserve 1/4 c.)
    1 1/4 c. almonds, sliced and toasted (reserve 1/4 c.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water seasoned with salt, 1 tablespoon Chefway oil and 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic.
    Remove chicken when done. Cool, bone and cut into cubes.
    Save broth; add bouillon cube. Cook rice in broth.
