Crispy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    loin pork chops
    corn flakes, crushed
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops and score to prevent curling during baking; dip in milk; lay one side down on crushed corn flakes; place pork chops in foil lines pan with corn-flake side up. Sprinkle black pepper and any remaining crushed corn flakes over the pork chops.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0, depending on thickness of pork chops.
