Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. ground beef
    1/3 lb. ground sausage
    1 peeled chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 tsp. brown mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 softened cabbage leaves
Preparation
    Mix all, except cabbage leaves.
    Roll mixture into softened cabbage leaves.
    (Soak leaves 2 to 5 minutes in boiling water.) Fasten with toothpicks.
    Wrap in foil and cook over coals until tender, about one hour.
