Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (9 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted, but not drained
    1 c. creamy cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/3 lb. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs with flour.
    Add spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
