Quindim(Brazil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh coconut, grated
    1 lb. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    pinch of salt
    7 whole eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar and coconut.
    Add unbeaten eggs, salt and margarine to coconut mixture and mix.
    Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 in greased 8-inch square Pyrex, which has been placed in a pan of hot water.
    Bake until set and golden brown.
