Cranberry Salad(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 orange, chopped fine
1 (15 oz.) can cranberry sauce (whole)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Place the gelatin in a medium bowl.
Pour boiling water over it, and stir until dissolved.
Add the cold water and stir in. Add the crushed pineapple (juice included) and stir in.
All the gelatin to chill slightly, then stir in remaining ingredients. Place mixture in serving bowl and allow to chill until set. Serves 6.
