Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
Preparation
    Melt oleo and stir into the stuffing mix.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Spread 1/2 the stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour remaining mixture of ingredients over and top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
