Corn Fairfax - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. (1 can) cream corn
2/3 c. (1 can) green beans, drained
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 well beaten eggs
bread or cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. butter
grated cheese
Preparation

Simmer onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add corn, green beans and parsley. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add flour and seasonings. Blend in evaporated milk. Cook slowly for 4 minutes. Add eggs and mix well. Pour into shallow baking dish. Mix crumbs, butter and cheese. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
