No Roll Sugar Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream mixture until fluffy.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Sift 4 cups flour plus 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soda and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.
    Chill several hours and roll into balls teaspoon size.
    Flatten with a glass.
    Sprinkle each cookie with granulated sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
