Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from can)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Combine sugar and flour; stir in 3 tablespoons of the juice.
    Add pineapple and cheese, mixing well.
    Turn into well-greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
