North Beach Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 large onion, cut in wedges and separated
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips, then halved
    1 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut in half
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can marinara sauce
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
    1/2 lb. Bel Paese, sliced thin, or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown whole sausages in 4-quart pot until thoroughly cooked. Remove sausages, cool and slice in 1/4-inch slices.
