Korean Pulgogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless beef *
    1 tsp. finely, minced fresh ginger**
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 tsp. sesame seed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. green onions, finely minced
    cooked rice
Preparation
    For easy slicing, partially freeze meat.
    Slice in 1/4-inch pieces.
    Mix all ingredients, except rice, and toss with meat to cover.
    Put foil over all.
    Refrigerate 6 hours to let meat marinate.
