Chicken Stuffing Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 1/2 c. broth from chicken
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Spread chicken mixture over the half stuffing mix in the pan, then top with the reserved half of the stuffing mix.
    Beat 2 eggs; add 1 3/4 cups milk.
    Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese for last 10 minutes of baking time.
