Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the butter and egg.
    Add Sweet 'N Low and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture. Add applesauce.
    Mix 4 minutes on medium speed.
    Add nuts and dates. Pour in loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
