Twice-Baked Potatoes(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (8 oz.) baked potatoes*
    3/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    6 Tbsp. Weight Watchers reduced calorie margarine
    6 Tbsp. reduced fat grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Potatoes should be hot.
    Cut a large oval out of the top of each potato skin; discard skin top.
    With a small spoon, scoop out potato and place in a bowl with yogurt, margarine and 3 tablespoons cheese.
    Mash together until smooth.
    Mix in Italian seasoning, chives, salt and pepper to taste.
    Stuff skins with potato mixture and top with remaining cheese.
    Reheat at 400\u00b0 about 5 minutes until cheese is melted but not brown.
