Skillet Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
3 c. fresh cut corn
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Add vegetables to drippings.
Cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste and serve with crushed bacon over top.
