Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix salt and flour.
    Cut in shortening (with fingers).
    Beat egg.
    Add water and egg.
    Blend into dough.
    Add vinegar.
    Blend. Makes 2 large or 3 small crusts.
