Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 medium cans kidney beans
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. ground red pepper seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
    Place the ground beef, tomatoes, kidney beans and tomato sauce in a large pot and add seasonings.
    (Note:
    Seasoning amounts are approximate; increase or decrease to suit your taste.)
    Cook over low heat for about one hour.
    Serve over rice.
    Don't forget the corn bread!
