Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lump crabmeat, pick out shells
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
    1 c. celery hearts, minced
    1/2 c. shallots, minced
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Combine crabmeat and all seasonings.
    Season to taste and chill.
    Drain and add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
    Serve in tomato, avocado or lettuce cups.
    Top with strips of pimiento. Garnish with wedge of lemon.
    Serves 4 to 6.
