Best Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) coconut
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.
    Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks.
    Makes 3 dozen.
