Teriyaki - cooking recipe

1 c shoyu
1 c sugar
pinch ginger
garlic salt-2 or 3 dashes
Preparation

Over medium heat bring to a boil. Stir often-set aside to cool.
After cooled pour over chicken or beef to marinate 1 1/2 to 3 hours.
Cook meat on grill-turn often and baste with mixture often.
