Broccoli Cheddar Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack biscuits
    2 c. cooked and drained chopped broccoli
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 large diced tomato
    1/4 c. green onions
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Between 2 sheets wax paper, roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
    Put one biscuit into a nonstick muffin tin and push biscuits up on sides of tin to make a cup. Spoon a mixture of the other ingredients into each cup.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
    Contains 1/2 protein, 1 bread, 1/2 vegetable and 1/2 fat.
