Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar picante salsa or homemade salsa
    1 small can chicken broth plus 2 cans water
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and lightly brown the rice.
    Add picante salsa, cumin and chicken broth and refill the can twice with water.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Reduce heat and cover until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
