Lemon Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon jello
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sour cream (low fat)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drain a little
    1 Tbsp. white horseradish
Preparation
    Mix first 2 ingredients; cool and partially set.
    Then add the last 3 ingredients.
    Dress the mold with sliced fruit.
