Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Blend sugar, spices and salt together.
Beat eggs with milk; combine with sugar, spices and pumpkin until smooth.
Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate 350\u00b0.
Bake until knife inserted in pie comes out clean.
Cool before slicing.
