Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
raisins or nuts to taste
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together the oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat.
Add vanilla and zucchini.
In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Stir into zucchini mixture.
Add raisins and nuts, if desired.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
