Wonderful Cheese And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Camembert cheese (including rind), cut up
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    snipped fresh parsley
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    6 to 8 apples
Preparation
    Allow Camembert, Swiss and Blue cheeses to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    In large mixer bowl, combine the 3 cheeses with 2 packages of cream cheese.
    Set aside.
