Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 small can pimentos
    2 grated carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
