Easy Beef Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean round steak (1-inch thick)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 can water
    1 Tbsp. beef extract or 1 bouillon cube
Preparation
    Cut steak into cubes.
    Combine all ingredients into casserole. Mix well and cover.
    Bake for 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Do not open oven door!
    Serve with rice or noodles.
