Upside-Down Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green pepper rings
    1 lb. ground cooked ham
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place green pepper rings in baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Press ham mixture on top of peppers.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 in oven 1 1/2 hours.
