Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced fresh shrimp
1 c. crabmeat
1 c. scallops
3 c. diced, boiled potatoes
1/2 c. minced round onion
1/2 c. minced celery
cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. oyster sauce
2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Grease a 6 to 8-quart ovenproof casserole dish.
Combine shrimp, crab, scallops, potatoes, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, egg, oyster sauce and mayonnaise.
Mix well. Put the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle cornflake crumbs over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
