Ham And Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    2 c. diced cooked ham
    1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    4 oz. grated sharp American cheese
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 10 minutes, drain.
    Layer potatoes, ham and mushrooms in shallow 2-quart casserole.
    In medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup margarine and stir in flour, blending thoroughly.
    Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.
    Fold in cheese and sour cream and pour over casserole.
    Combine crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
