Steak And Royal Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck steak (boneless)
    season to taste
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. cooked rice (cook in beef broth)
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Broil steak at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Saute onions in butter. Add rice, mushrooms and salt.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Fluff lightly with a fork.
    Serve with steak; garnish with onion rings, fried. Serves 6.
