Russell'S Beloved Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked lasagne noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. bay leaf (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tomato paste cans water
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can spinach
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add the next 8 ingredients and water and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Combine Ricotta cheese and drained spinach.
    Place a layer of noodles in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Top with 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture.
    Lay another layer of noodles and top with 1/2 Mozzarella.
    Repeat the layers.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
