Mom'S Easy Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
    1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over very warm water in a large bowl.
    Add a pinch of the sugar; stir to dissolve.
    Let stand until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in rest of sugar, oil and salt.
    Sift 3 cups of the flour with the dry milk; stir into the yeast mixture. Beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough of the flour to make a soft but sticky dough.
