Ritz Cracker Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

25 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites

Preparation

Whip egg whites until stiff.
While beating, add 1 cup sugar, a little at a time.
Then add baking powder and vanilla.
Fold crackers and nuts into egg whites.
