Kathie Lee'S Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 bottle Russian salad dressing (8 oz.)
    1 small jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves (jam)
    1/4 c. water
    1 small can sliced pineapple
    1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Wash boneless chicken breasts and place in a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch baking dish.
    In a separate bowl, mix Russian salad dressing, apricot preserves and water.
    Pour mixture over chicken and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Place pineapple and green pepper on chicken.
    Return to oven for 1/2 hour.
