Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Mix flour and sugar; slowly add pineapple juice.
Add chunks.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
Combine margarine and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
