Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 roll round crackers
1 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
grated cheese
Preparation

Line bottom of casserole with round crackers.
Pour melted margarine over.
Mix vegetables and mayonnaise; pour into dish. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
