Dean'S Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. fresh broccoli
    large onion
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
    box of Swanson's chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/8 to 1/4 c. sugar
    flour
    oil
    instant rice
Preparation
    Slice up all vegetables and put to the side. Cut chicken up into bite-size pieces. Flour chicken and fry until brown on both sides. In a saucepan, boil chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Reduce mixture by half.
    Steam or saute broccoli and onion until tender. Add chicken and sauce; simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
