Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz.) pkg. dry mustard
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix mustard and vinegar together and let stand overnight.
    Beat eggs; add 1 cup sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add mustard, vinegar and pinch of salt.
    Boil mixture until thick, about the consistency of custard, in a double boiler.
    Stays fresh quite awhile.
