Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread and cut into cubes.
    Lightly grease or Pam a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Line bread cubes in dish, using 1/2 of bread.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese on bread cubes.
    Add another layer of bread and 1/3 of cheese.
    Pour milk mixture over bread and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven; top with rest of cheese.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon dry parsley.
    Return to oven; bake 10 minutes more.
