Pork Chop And Potato Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 lb.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops.
    Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
    In 2-quart casserole, alternate with layers of potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    It is best if left in oven for 1/2 hour or longer. Great dish for hubby who is always late coming home from work.
    Makes 4 servings.
