Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 heaping tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Get Cheddar, cream cheese and onion to room temperature.
    Beat with mixer.
    Add mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate 2 hours, then shape into ball.
    Roll in pecan meal, if desired.
    Set out 1/2 hour before serving.
