Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
3 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 c. cut up chicken
3/4 c. mayo
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp or Velveeta)
salt

Preparation

Boil broccoli until tender.
Cook chicken with onion, celery and salt.
Butter casserole dish.
Layer broccoli and chicken. Mix soups and mayo together.
Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
