Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 large apples, chopped
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and then mix all other ingredients separately.
Combine mixtures and pour evenly in greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
