Tuna 'N Pasta Stuffed Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, drained
    8 oz. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. cheese cubes (Swiss, Mozzarella, Cheddar or Jack)
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/4 c. green pepper, minced
    1/2 c. celery, minced
    1/4 c. sweet pickle, chopped
    1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    pepper to taste
    4 tomatoes
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine tuna, macaroni, cheese, onion, green pepper, celery and pickle.
    In a separate bowl, mix together salad dressing, yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.
    Pour dressing over tuna mixture and toss.
    Chill at least one hour.
    Remove stems from tomatoes, place each on a bed of lettuce and cut through to within 1/4-inch of bottom to form six equal sections.
    Spread sections and scoop in tuna mixture.
